Where can I find a ribbon cable for westinghouse 32 LCD TV?

The picture keeps going in and out, I need a specific ribbon cable exclusively for the Westinghouse model I own.

If you can’t get any help from the manufacturer, your best choice is to make the cable yourself. All you need to know it the connector type(s), the number of conductors in the cable, and the cable length. There is nothing difficult or unusual in making one’s own ribbon cables.
I did a quick websearch, and found virtually nothing (except for this particular question), so finding the exact pre-made cable might prove daunting.
