What Resolution Does A 32 Inch 780p Hdtv Use If You Hook Up Your Computer To It?

We recently got a new HDTV, it’s 32 inches and 780p. I heard you can hook up your computer to an HDTV to use as a monitor, I was wondering what would the resolution be? would it be 1440×900 for example?

720p TVs usually have a native PC resolution of either 1368×768 or 1366×768.
1024 x 768
