The Best 32 Inch Hdtv That Has Good Sound?

Can anyone recommand a good 32″ hdtv with a good picture and good sound? My budget is $800.

Thats hard to do. I suggest a sharp or a samsung. They have ok speakers, I know the sharps can be removed and placed next to so it looks like you have a sound system. But I suggest you buy a surround system eventually. No TV is going to have great speakers come with it.
