Is A 32 Inch Hdtv At 1080p Really Worth It?

Hey there all you lovely people! Just turned 21 this morn, and I’m sitting here with a glass of champagne in one hand and an argos catalogue in the other… Now, I was wondering;
I am thinking of getting a 32 inch hdtv for my bedroom which I shall be using from a distance of only one metre away. (small bedroom he he) Would 1080p in this circumstance be worth it?

yes any distance is worth it depends what make ur getting
sony samsung panasonic sharp and lg at the least are the ones you should be looking at sorry about grammar couldnt be bothered
1. 3′-4′ is really close for a 32″. 4′ is IMO an absolute minimum distance! For optimal distance, you would be back around 7′-8′ from the screen. You might want to consider a 26″ screen.
2. There is 1080p for 26″ and 1080p for 32″ is mostly marketing hype. You would have to be watching a 1080p BRD from about 2 feet away to see any difference.http://www.carltonbale.com/2006/11/1080p…
3. Don’t buy cheap crap! In 32″ or 26″, for quality perormance AND reliability, look at Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Sharp, and Samsung, pretty much in that order. After these 5, quality falls off too quickly.
perfect size for a small bedroom but depends on how much your paying for it.
