@UmbraLuxLucis how do change the backlight? which menu?
same issue when hooked up to a pc and i found that turning the blacklight and the brightness down helpes immensely actually i havent had the flicker issues since ive dropped the brightness below 50
Looks like that is the signal, not the actual LCD backlight flickering. LCDs should not flicker at all–compared to CRT and Plasma.
I set the backlight which I had at 6 to 0 and now it stopped flickering except when I tried to play PS2 on it
I have the exact same model tv with the exact same problem, I would like to know what is wrong as well.

well this is on cable, hdmi, or rca input
It could be the cable service, sometimes my tv does a simalar thing when there is interfearance.
