I Recently Purchased A Samsung 32 Inch Hdtv And Until Now It Has Had An Excellent Picture.?

Now I get these faint but distinct streaks in the picture and its not the cable or station. The average person wouldnt see it, but its annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this, or does it need to go to the shop. Its only 5 months old. The streaks (2 of em) dont show up when the picture is dark, but show up really bad on light pictures like the sky. Any suggestions?
